The Challenger

We kicked things off this month and got a little bit of interest brewing. These were the challenges posted in July (the challenge numbers link back to the original posts). Maybe one will whet your appetite.

What happens after a character's darkest secret is revealed? Are there any repercussions? How does it affect their relationships?

What would happen if an actor had been cast in another part in his or her television show or movie? (For example, what if Orlando Bloom had been cast as Faramir, as he had originally auditioned, and not Legolas in Lord of the Rings.) Would his/her relationships on the show/film be different? How would their career be affected? Could be a character study through this different lens or a focus on a specific relationship that developed during filming. Conversely, take two fictional characters and swap their roles? Maybe Catherine Willows was Grissom's supervisor from the beginning. Or perhaps Faramir went to Rivendell instead of his brother. What would happen?
